Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. If ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini isn't syncing, open the TidyTalk side panel, go to Status, click "Check connection" for that site, and include what it shows. You can also write to us from the extension: Status tab → Send feedback.

Common fixes

A site shows "Not indexed yet"

Open chatgpt.com, claude.ai or gemini.google.com in a tab while signed in. TidyTalk starts reading a few seconds after the page loads.

Older ChatGPT chats are searchable by title only

ChatGPT limits how fast chats can be read. Open a chat to save it in full, import ChatGPT's data export from the Status tab, or turn on "Read older chats slowly".

The sign-in email didn't arrive

Check spam, wait a minute, then ask for a new link. Open the link in the same Chrome profile where TidyTalk is installed.

I paid but Pro isn't on

In the Plan tab, make sure you're signed in with the email you paid with, then click "Check plan again". If it still says Free, send us a message above with that address.

Cancel or change card

Plan tab → "Manage subscription".
