These terms apply to the TidyTalk browser extension, the TidyTalk Pro subscription and this website. "We" and "us" mean TidyTalk, based in India. By installing TidyTalk or buying Pro you agree to them. Questions: write to us from the support page.

What TidyTalk does

TidyTalk reads your ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini conversations using your own signed-in session and stores them in your browser so you can search and organise them. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI, Claude of Anthropic, and Gemini of Google.

Your use

• Use TidyTalk only with accounts you are allowed to use, and in line with the terms of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Don't use TidyTalk to overload, scrape for others, or interfere with any service.
• Don't resell, copy or reverse engineer TidyTalk beyond what the law allows.

Your conversations remain yours. We get no rights to them, and we never receive them.

The free plan and Pro

The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing section. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Plan tab ("Manage subscription"); Pro then keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Nothing you created is deleted when Pro ends.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which may add sales tax, VAT or GST where required and issues your invoices. Refunds follow our refund policy.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it applies.

Changes to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

TidyTalk depends on how chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com work, which they can change without notice. We work to fix breakages quickly, but some features may be unavailable for a while. If a site permanently blocks TidyTalk, we will refund the unused part of any yearly subscription on request.

Availability and warranty

TidyTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own exports of conversations that matter; TidyTalk is a convenience, not a backup service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to TidyTalk is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using TidyTalk at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend Pro for misuse of these terms or of the payment system, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the suspension is for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the extension before they apply.
